Shipping Policy

At Moss and Mortar Mercantile, every order is packed with care and intention. Because our products are handcrafted in small batches, please allow 3-5 business days for processing before shipment.

We process and ship orders between 9 am and 2 pm PST. Please note that business days do not include weekends or holidays, and delivery times are not guaranteed once your package is in the hands of the carrier.

We ship within the U.S. via USPS, and tracking information will be sent as soon as your order is on its way. If you experience any issues with your shipment, delays, or your order arrives damaged, please don’t hesitate to contact us - we’re here to help and will do our best to make it right.

What is your return policy? 

At Moss & Mortar Mercantile, your experience matters deeply to us. We take great care in crafting each remedy and ritual with intention, and we want you to feel confident in every purchase.

If for any reason you are not fully satisfied, we gladly accept returns of unopened and unused products within 30 days of your purchase date. To initiate your return, please get in touch with us at mossandmortarmercantile@gmail.com with your order number and details.

Due to the nature of small-batch, handcrafted goods, we cannot accept returns of opened or used products. However, if your item arrived damaged or there was an issue with your order, please reach out - we’re happy to make it right.
