What is your return policy? 

At Moss & Mortar Mercantile, your experience matters deeply to me. I take great care in crafting each remedy and ritual with intention, and I want you to feel confident in every purchase.

If for any reason you are not fully satisfied, I gladly accept returns of unopened and unused products within 30 days of your purchase date. To initiate your return, please get in touch with me at mossandmortarmercantile@gmail.com with your order number and details.

Due to the nature of small-batch, handcrafted goods, I cannot accept returns of opened or used products. However, if your item arrived damaged or there was an issue with your order, please reach out - I’m happy to make it right.
